PSE Credit Union was organized in 1955 as a state-chartered credit union by the Parma School Employees. It began with a mere 236 members and a little under $5,000 in assets. Over the years it has grown to include over 23,000 members and $100 million in assets. PSE Credit Union currently serves the staff and students of the Parma, North Royalton and Strongsville School Systems, the city workers in several surrounding cities (Parma, Parma Heights, Strongsville, Seven Hills and North Royalton) and the employees of over 200 other corporations/organizations. Membership in the O.P.B.A is limited to duly appointed, sworn police and law enforcement officers, correction officers and dispatchers of governmental or quasi-governmental police departments or police agencies or such retired officers, or dispatchers, located within the State of Ohio. This association exists to provide aid and protection to its members, for the education of its members, for the general welfare of its members and their families, and for the betterment of police and people of their communities. The Crain's 2024 list may employ different methodology than described above for similar designations granted in other years. No clients were consulted and no fees were paid to determine the winners; the award is based on assets under management. Neither the participating candidates nor their employees pay a fee in exchange for inclusion on Crain's 2024 List. Financial Professionals and/or wealth managers must also met the following criteria; 1. Be registered with the SEC as a registered investment advisor or a registered investment advisor representative; 2. Have no more than 1 filed complaint with a regulatory agency; 3.Never been convicted of a felony.
