Geoff is responsible for the firm’s growth strategy, marketing, operational execution, and the systems that support a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Geoff brings more than 17 years of experience leading marketing and operational initiatives for well-known organizations. At Lineweaver, he oversees brand strategy, client engagement, events, digital initiatives, and internal processes—ensuring growth is intentional, scalable, and aligned with the firm’s fiduciary standards.
Geoff holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. He lives in North Olmsted with his wife, Kara, and their two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, working out, exploring bourbon, and spending time with friends and family.
