Meagan plays a central role in the client experience at Lineweaver Financial Group, overseeing the people, processes, and day-to-day execution of the Client Services team. She serves as a key point of coordination between firm leadership, advisory teams, and clients—ensuring communication is clear, preparation is thorough, and follow-through is seamless.
In her role, Meagan is responsible for managing client service workflows, coordinating meeting preparation and post-meeting actions, and driving operational efficiencies that support a consistent, high-quality client experience. She works closely with advisors and internal teams to gather and maintain accurate client profile information, review portfolio summaries, and support the implementation of financial planning strategies. Her structured, detail-oriented approach helps ensure that each client interaction reflects the firm’s standards of professionalism, care, and responsiveness.
Meagan earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Toledo and completed her MBA at Cleveland State University. She lives in Chagrin Falls with her husband and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at her family’s lake house on Johnson’s Island, boating, fishing, and making the most of summer on the water.
